Welcome to Lynn's Busy Needle. Lynn has been serving needlecrafters for over 20 years. We emphasize counted cross stitch patterns and supplies, but Lynn also carries knit, crochet, plastic canvas, some quilting and general craft instruction books and leaflets. Each order is hand picked and prepared for mailing by Lynn, so you see that customer service is Number One! Our goal is to have Lynn's Busy Needle become your first stop for your needlecraft needs.

We use the U.S. Postal Service exclusively. We'll usually place your order in the postal clerk's hands within 3-5 business days after payment is received. (Personal checks, although welcome, will delay shipping until check clears.) If we expect delays due to special handling, special requests or back orders, you will be notified by email. You have the option to wait for the full order, accept what is available or cancel the full order. We will also send an email when we ship your order.
TO SAVE ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES: be sure you select "GROUND". This is First Class, both Stateside and International. Tracking available only on insured envelopes. Request by email BEFORE placing order.
Automatic notification for order confirmation is NOT used. You will be emailed when your order is placed in the mail, usually 3-5 business days. If you receive a completion of payment from PayPal, your order has been accepted and will be processed in order it was received.
Since Yahoo computes postage in POUNDS to 2 decimal points, there may be times when shipping charges are greater than actually required. (There is a blanket $1.50 handling fee placed on each order and is included in the shipping fee.) Should the fee be an overcharge of $1.00 or more, that overage WILL be refunded to you either through PayPal or by a Busy Needle check enclosed with your order. Thank you for your understanding.
INSURANCE on Domestic orders only: Insurance is YOUR option. Please contact Lynn BEFORE placing order and paying, if you wish to have your order insured. If you choose not to insure, Lynn cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
Refund / Returns Policies:
No refunds accepted without a return authorization number. Obtain return authorization numbers from Lynn at email@example.com All refunds must be requested within 30 days of shipping. DAMAGED items: items damaged during mailing can be replaced or funds refunded ONLY if package was insured. Insurance is the buyer's option (see above). DEFECTIVE items: returned for exchange only. You pay for returning item. Lynn will pay for mailing the replacement. RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS: unopened products in salable condition can be returned within 30 days of shipment and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Do we ship Internationally? YES! Your shopping cart reflects the International postage based on the country designated in your address.
PAYMENT METHODS: PayPal is the fastest, but we don't mind Money Orders or personal checks for Domestic orders. Please allow for delivery and clearing of MO and checks.
